About Miss Walter Mitty

Hello, my name is Tina. I am an 18 year old Communications student and aspiring actress. I created Miss Walter Mitty as a forum for me to discuss all the hundreds of things that bring me joy from make-up to my role models and everything in between. It's major focus being to take the things that inspire me and share them with the blogging community just as others have before me.

I came up with the name as I am constantly being told that I have big dreams and that can't be denied as a recurring feature amongst them is travelling the world and succeeding in anything I put my mind too (and possibly a few too many Chanel bags), but as some wise person once said "If your dreams don't scare you, they are not big enough"... 

Walter Mitty is a fictional character but the term has become part of pop culture and put simply, refers to :

" A person who indulges in extravagant daydreams of a life much more exciting and glamorous than their own"
